the future of american cities is like 28 year olds with PhDs taking an uber home from their temporary WeWork Space™ job and crashing in an AirBnB room that they have been renting without a lease for like 2 years only to find out that they’ve been evicted without notice so that a tech startup can replace all housing with 6g smart home neighborhoods or something. nobody will actually be living in these houses as it’s all just pure speculation. it’s really cool to think about and we love it also
