The Island of Dr. Moreau would actually make a great video game.
So you play as the guy who got shipwrecked and was rescued onto the island. You meet Dr. Moreau, who allows you to live on the island, BUT he will charge you a mortgage for the house. The goal of the game is to pay off his mortgage, as well as befriending all the animal people who live on the island. You can also buy furniture for your home, and
