Facebook kindly reminded me that it was 6 years ago that I encountered the stupidest ‘good intentions’ thing ever.
The person who brought us these two hummingbirds found their nest in a bush. And heard them peep. So they decided they were abandoned, cut the nest out of the bush, and brought them to my shelter.It was one of those situations where you really don’t know what to say other “please don’t do that again.”
