I don’t believe there is a power in the ‘verse that can stop Kaylee from being cheerful. Sometimes you just want to duct tape her mouth and dump her in the hold for a month.
#I adore Kaylee so much #because her character is just so rare#someone whose soul is just so pure and sweet and good#but free of the assumptions that come with that #she is sexual #she is competent#she does crime #and none of those take anything away from her inherent innocence#she looks at the universe #and even though she has seen so much strife and pain#she still focuses on the beauty and the goodness #and I love that about her (via jaxin88)
