the toco toucan is the largest species of toucan in the world, and is native to tropical rainforests of south america. they are one of the most well-known toucans, along with the keel-billed. they use their long beaks to grasp hard to reach fruits and occasionally reach inside tree trunks to access small prey such as nestlings and lizards.
