why do mosquitoes have to leave itchy bites. cant they just drink blood w/o ruining my day, like i have a lot of blood, u can have some, this is just excessive
Itches from mosquito bites are actually enzymes in the saliva! She’s just trying to prevent the blood from coagulating and unslurpable by adding the protein that makes it nice and liquidy.
She’s trying her best.
