Pet peeve is when ppl with “exotic” pets like foxes macaws toucans etc constantly post cute shareable videos of their animals but every so now and again are like guys they’re not pets! They don’t make good pets! Like ok but you see how you’re still part of the problem right

#YES#like my gf who has a degree in wildlife was like i see people on insta with pet owls and theyre so cute theyre just like cats!!!#i had to be like. no they absolutely are not. owls are not good pets. you know that right????#she was like.... i guess.....#i am guilty of having an animal (knight anole) that shouldnt be kept as a pet but 1) i did not get him on purpose 2) i rarely post about him#though tbf he also lacks charisma
