I may be on drugs but I’m sauteeing some mushrooms w just olive oil salt n pepper (gonna add to tomato sauce) and i took a spoonful of the juices and it was soooooo good like a hot rich broth….. gonna store this information away for later

#i do make a really good mushroom soup. but I don’t usually think to buy mushrooms
