The regal rink-neck snake are best known for their unique defense posture of curling up their tails, exposing their bright red-orange posterior, ventral surface when threatened. They have a diet consisting of other snakes. They have a weak venom that serves to immobilize their small prey, but they are harmless to humans. (Source)
