Does anyone have any clue what this guy is/is from? He’s a little hollow ceramic figure. Can’t tell if his hand is broken off or designed that way since the snapped-off part was painted/glazed too

This is a Little Horrible! They were a line of porcelain figures produced in the late 50s and early 60s by Hagen Renaker, which normally produces more wholesome fare (little porcelain horses and puppies and dollhouses and stuff), but apparently decided to make a line of disgusting mutants for some reason.
The one you’ve got here is a vampire drunk named “RH Negative”. His arm is broken off; normally he’s holding a glass of blood!
