read how the gender marker change laws are worded in your state you may not actually need surgery, but just some form of irreversible physical change.
if you’re on hrt for more than a year that’s an irreversible physical change. all you need now is a letter from a doctor stating you have undergone an irreversible change.
in many cases they do not need to specify what that change is.
finding this out changed my life. I live in Florida and I will not have to get bottom surgery to change my documents.
