Praying for all the 20-something women out there trying to cut dairy or gluten out of their diets to learn about factors other than diet that can cause GI problems

#im saying this as someone w ibs that reacts more to my emotional life and sleep schedule than diet#i might feel better overall w/o dairy or wheat or whatever but. frankly its not worth it#but i know sooooo many anxious young women who r like I can’t have x anymore and like monitor their tummy’s reactions to every food
