Robust toad lubber (grasshopper), Phrynotettix robustus, Romaleidae. Found in the southwestern United States and Mexico.
These pals aren’t as colorful as many of the other nice bugs I post, but they are such ridiculous units, I had to share! I couldn’t post them legally since the photographer reserves all rights, but if you click the link here you can see some photos with a hand for an idea of scale.
