Patrice Banks is so awesome. She worked for 10 years as an engineer, but realized she knew nothing about cars. When she asked her female friends what they knew about cars, they told her the same. She looked for a female mechanic in Philly but didn’t find any. So she decided to become one. We interviewed her back in May if you want to read it.
