Omg I’ve had diarrhea for a whole week thank u god for helping me cleanse my body of toxins

#I don’t even need special shakes or supplements god just does this to me sometimes#and i am grateful obv but i think i will go to the store tomorrow for medication and gatorade bc i am starting to feel like Death
