The lovely Wind Whistler is one of those ponies whose special talent seems so simple, but has a strange number of applications. It is, obviously, whistling.

Her whistling ability means she can speak silbo gomero (a language comprised entirely of whistling) and perform puccalo (musical whistling of such high quality that it sounds like a wind instrument and not a mouth). She’s also a very good leader with a head for rules and regulations, so she acts professionally as a sports referee, and if the other ponies need her then she’ll be the one delivering the orders. And she’s pretty happy to shoulder the responsibility. All of it.

Her ability to take the blame for things she was in no way responsible for should get her into trouble more often than it does.
