Ladies freezing tofu REALLY WORKS!!! I can’t believe i went through 17 years of vegetarianism before i found out that the way to make regular tofu texture nice (like the kind you get from Chinese restaurants) is to cut it into chunks freeze it completely and then fry it in oil until its crispy before adding sauce

5 notes #i made tofu tikka masala with peas it was sooooo yummy#bc tofu is mostly water amd squish freezing it adds a lot of texture
