I just saw the most insane nsfw thing in the staff caf.. i thought i was the only person in there but i heard this loud fast thumping and i turned around and there was this GUY near the top of a 10 foot ladder doing something with the ceiling and he was SHIFTING HIS WEIGHT back and forth REALLY FAST to WALK the ladder around to different parts of the ceiling!!! I didn’t know what to do i just started laughing like it’s been a while since i had to do any osha training but I don’t think that’s how you’re supposed to do it
