I wish there was a way to psychically communicate to potential employers “i may not be the ideal candidate on paper but I’m really smart and i get along well with everyone and i know i can do this hire me hire me”

6 notes #i mean there is i guess i try to imply this in my cover letters and communications#BUT idk if it works#i mean i have had like 20 jobs. but most of tgem sucked and i only applied so i could have money to live#now that I’m applying for stuff in my field after spending a ton of money on a masters degree it all feels more personal
