This is a standalone condo in New Orleans that was originally built in 1833. The home was restored and some of the architectural details were left exposed.

You can see the brick kitchen wall thru the window. That looks so nice. Can you imagine coming home to this?

Entering the galley style kitchen, there’s a clear view straight thru and arched brick walls are visible.

I wonder if you bought this unit, you could chip off some more of that plaster. 

The dining area is part of the living room. 

Cozy living room with ceiling beams and a beautiful corner fireplace.

A toilet tucked under the stairs on the 1st fl. is certainly handy.

And, at the top of the stairs, they were able to fit a w/d.

There are 2 bedrooms that share a bath. This is the second bedroom.

The bath is beautiful. Love the brick wall and marble.

The master bedroom is elegant with a lovely fireplace and 2 large closets.

The 2nd fl. has a nice little balcony.
