Do u guys think pre-grieving helps at all. Bc sometimes i think about how I’d feel if someone I love died and it makes me cry and i wonder if that will help if they do die like i got some of the crying over with in advance

there are a few people who’s deaths I don’t know I could survive so i just hope they outlive me or they do something terrible to make mestop loving them before they died
