It’s funny to joke about but the sentiment that we need to keep twitter/instagram users from migrating to tumblr is utterly nonsensical. Like since when has the appeal of tumblr been that its users are like cooler or more special than users of other platforms

#The appeal is that there could be 20000 more tumblr users every day and I wouldn’t even notice#bc the handful of features that are supposed to facilitate new content discovery are unusable
