Praying for all the 20-something women out there trying to cut dairy or gluten out of their diets to learn about factors other than diet that can cause GI problems

im saying this as someone w ibs that reacts more to my emotional life and sleep schedule than dieti might feel better overall w/o dairy or wheat or whatever but. frankly its not worth itbut i know sooooo many anxious young women who r like I can’t have x anymore and like monitor their tummy’s reactions to every food
