I wish I could say this was another dumb whatsapp rumor but I've literally seen the guy's medical record and he very much had part of his intestines removed and was positively filled with sand
That sand wasnt killing him. It was helping him. He has Insides Too Wet Tummy Ache Disorder. Prep him for surgery. We have to put more sand inside him.
