today's funky frog of the day: the Yucatán shovel-headed tree frog (Triprion petasatus)!!!! i love the width between this frog's eyes- they are all-seeing! these frogs live in belize, guatemala, honduras, and mexico. they are part of the shovelheaded tree frog family of frogs.
