Covid shifts are truly creating new rifts in the workplace… today me and my shift partner decided to leave (unpleasant outdoor chore that needs to be done 1-2 times per month) for the other shift because they haven’t done it in like 5 months and they’re always complaining that they finish all their work early but can’t leave early bc out boss is on their shift. And then he was like “if they don’t do it on their days I’m telling (our boss)”…. solidarity resigned!
