Examine from all angles the New Mexico spadefoot toad [Spea multiplicata], the State Amphibian of New Mexico. Once considered a subspecies of the western spadefoot, Spea multiplicata was reclassified as it’s own species in the mid 70′s. Images by Andrew DuBois.
