Feel like pure shit just sat thru a 2.5 hour training preview on empathizing and conflict resolution with visitors who get angry about/don’t want to follow covid safety guidelines and then another hour tearfully composing an email to the organizers about how I didn’t think it was fair to expect frontline workers to perform all this emotional labor on top of putting their health and safety and that of our families at risk now im lying down w an ice pack on my face hoping i get laid off before we reopen
