It’s great to have access to all my meds and regular doctors online but if you want to talk to a some kind of a counselor or therapist you have to call a 1800, verbally go thru a mental health checklist, get put on hold and then randomly assigned someone based on availability without being able to check their qualifications online. Then if you want to do it again? Youhave to go thru the exact same process again. There’s no record of my past mental health appt online & i liked the mental health nurse i talked to but have no idea what that bitchs name was

i feel like its a cost cutting measure bc they know people who are struggling w mental health problems wont be able to do this repeatedlywell. i got a free year of the calm app which is maybe as good as a professional counselor who knows
