Just had a visceral flashback regarding the physically beautiful but incredibly stupid young man I used to date who got fired from his job as engineer at medical device manufacturing company after he ODed on conspiracy YouTube, requested a meeting with the CEO, and told him that the company’s mission was misguided as all of modern medicine was fake + cancer could be cured by only eating fruit

When I broke up with him he accepted it calmly and told me he had to go home to inform his Warcraft 3 guild of the change in relationship status

I checked in with him a few years later and he had a job emptying the coins out of arcade machines and sent me a poem he wrote about how he wanted to have sex with the arcade machines because they reminded him of his childhood, it was p good
