meaghan’s post about not daydreaming just reminded me of the time i found out some people don’t have an internal monologue at all and it blew my whole mind, so do me a favor and reblog this and tell me 1., whether you have an inner monologue, and 2., whether you have any kind of recurring daydreams or fantasy life

i have a constant monologue thats several layers deep and i get upset and stressed learning about people who dontits so difficult for me to break my internal monologue bc theres often different voices/thoughts running on parallel tracks sowhen people say they think mostly in pictures or whatever im like how is your brain so quiet and empty???im jealous but also appalled like how do you do anything with brain pictures????i have almost no visual imagination its very difficult for me to hold images in my mind..so i dont daydream a lot i mean i imagine fun scenarios but im guessing its not as pleasurable as it is for people with rich visual thought
