#i have a constant monologue thats several layers deep and i get upset and stressed learning about people who dont#its so difficult for me to break my internal monologue bc theres often different voices/thoughts running on parallel tracks so#when people say they think mostly in pictures or whatever im like how is your brain so quiet and empty???#im jealous but also appalled like how do you do anything with brain pictures????#i have almost no visual imagination its very difficult for me to hold images in my mind..#so i dont daydream a lot i mean i imagine fun scenarios but im guessing its not as pleasurable as it is for people with rich visual thought
