I wanna call the west african restaurant near my house to ask where they get their big carrots. Bc they always have chunks of carrot in the stew that are so fat i always think its gonna be sweet potato… I’ve never seen carrots like this anywhere else and am desperate to know where they come from…. But alas i am too shy
I found some Big Carrots at the international market today… it seems that other, clearly superior, nations have developed carrot technology that eludes the american vegetable industry
