I just heard a bullfrog noise (like one of those thick rubber bands twanging at low tension) REALLY close to me in my room im afraid and concerned

can my lizard make that sound???? or am i hallucinatingi am lying in bed in the dark waiting for my need to urinate to force me up to take a shower
