Godddd not to brag but i made the most incredible dinner tonight it was like an unholy yet exquisite marriage of moussaka and baked ziti…. charred tomatoes and red peppers. Lots of harissa and red pepper flakes. Organic chiocciole pasta. Chunks of havarti. Topped with whole eggs and bread crumbs and broiled until the egg whites were just set. Like honestly… my mind……

#its good to remember why i like to cook improvisationally... last night i made a butternut squash risotto that was just pretty good#tonight i triumphed... and it was way less of a pain than stupid risotto
