seriously end all landlords... my coworker had to leave work in the middle of the day last week bc her landlord called and saidif youre not here in 10 minutes with $2000 we are going to evict youwith NO prior notice. she was ONE MONTH behind on rentlike absolutely illegal to do that but they get away with it bc guess what!! most people who live in rental properties dont have the time orresources to start legal battleslike my last landlord was shady as hell and never got anything fixed we had to do it ourselves.. but we werent about to withhold rent oranything bc we like. couldnt
