Actually having a shitty boss is good because it unites you with all your coworkers & all your workplace aggression is directed upwards instead of sideways

my boss isnt that bad hes just kind of annoyibg and doesnt listen to usbut were all unhappy bc were shortstaffed and people keep quitting but at least we arent fighting amongst ourselves
