I’m looking at reviews of tungsten samples, and they are so charming and dorky! I love them!

(Tungsten is super dense, so there are some companies that sell little cubes and spheres of it as conversation starters/science teaching demos. Sometimes they sell objects made of light materials as well, like aluminum, so people can contrast them.)

For example:

Husband was ecstatic. I got this for him as a wedding gift. He spent the entirety of our families get togethers showing them the cube.

Small and beautifully finished, this cube was a perfect addition to my classroom density cube set. The density is much higher than other metals. Thank you!

There’s just something about tungsten I love.  The size to weight ratio doesn’t get much better. 

My favorite review was five stars. Title: “Love my small but strong guy.”

This cube is amazing!!!!!! The joy I felt upon holding it was unmeasurable. Just wanted to get my hands onto something deceptively dense for cheap and this fits. My friend helped me name it, it’s Sisko! Fat in Turkish!
