Whoa.
This X-ray shows the left hand of a 10-year-old boy with polydactyly.
It’s actually a relatively common condition, but usually the extra
fingers are underdeveloped, no more than little nubs that are removed
shortly after birth. In this case that looks like a fully functional
extra pinky!
