Officer Timothy Loehmann who shot and killed 12 year old Tamir Rice back in November is finally being charged with murder, aggravated murder, involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, negligent homicide and dereliction of duty charges

If y'all read the article it actually says that though a judge recommended the officer be charged with those things, the prosecutor is still taking the case to a grand jury to decide whether to charge him with murder, as is apparently standard for cases involving law enforcement.
