Has anyone taken Buspar? Particularly autistic people similar to me (i.e. main deficits in executive function, motor impairments particularly in initiating and combining movements, some involuntary movement stuff)?

I don’t have autism or anything similar, but I feel like I should let you know Buspar’s only useful to me as a sleeping pill. 10 mg is enough to make me a little dizzy/fuzzy so please be careful the first time you take it! I know other people have had similar effects.
