Hispanic= Spanish speaking

Latino= From latinamerica

A peruvian is latino and hispanic, a Colombian is latino and hispanic.

Someone from Brazil is latino but not hispanic

Someone from spain is hispanic but not latino

False! Or at least poorly worded. A Hispanic person is someone whose heritage is from a spanish speaking country, they don’t have to be spanish speaking themselves.

For example, I know Hispanic people who don’t really speak spanish, while I speak spanish but am not Hispanic.
