Hosni Mubarak acquitted of 2011 killing of protestersBBC: An Egyptian court has thrown out a case against former President Hosni Mubarak for conspiring to murder protesters during the 2011 Egyptian revolution.
Charges against his sons and some of his senior officials, including the former interior minister, were also dropped.
