My mental health nurse just sent me these and i thought they were worth sharing
choose the ones that are proactive and feel healthy & helpful for you :)
i take a small thing of silly putty everywhere so i can knead it between my hands and keep my hands busy if i get upset. another thing i do (which probably isn’t good for my skin so don’t quote me on this) is brush rubber cement over the places i want to cut and then peeling it off. it makes my skin tingly and it helps.
