happy story time: i was walking down gran via and i saw this little dog trotting along with no obvious owner– which is normal in this country. but since it was a busy street with lots of people and cars i slowed down to keep an eye on it in case it had lost its person. and sure enough it started looking more and more anxious, going back and forth, standing still and sniffing around, obviously not following any pedestrians. I stopped and watched it for a few minutes and then this really old guy with a cane came out of a nearby store and the dog ran up to him and started jumping!!! so!!!! high!!!! wagging its lil tail!! it was the happiest dog i ever saw!!!!!!!!!!!! wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
