Covid shifts are truly creating new rifts in the workplace… today me and my shift partner decided to leave (unpleasant outdoor chore that needs to be done 1-2 times per month) for the other shift because they haven’t done it in like 5 months and they’re always complaining that they finish all their work early but can’t leave early bc out boss is on their shift.
