Oh no help my craziest straight friend has decided I’m going to be part of her support system for dating anxiety despite me doing Nothing to suggest that I would be good at that 😭 I don’t think I’m helping at all i just vacillate between “that sounds fine” and (gently) “leave that boy alone”
Ladies freezing tofu REALLY WORKS!!! I can’t believe i went through 17 years of vegetarianism before i found out that the way to make regular tofu texture nice (like the kind you get from Chinese restaurants) is to cut it into chunks freeze it completely and then fry it in oil until its crispy before adding sauce
Also I finally got HORSE by geraldine brooks after being on the waitlist for months and i was hesitant to start it bc i was scared I wasn’t gonna like it after so many people told me i had to read it. But guess what it rules 😇😇😇
