This is Phlegmariurus phlegmaria, native to Africa below the Sahara, Madagascar, Australia, China, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Fiji, Guam, etc. An epiphytic clubmoss in the order Lycopodiales. Common name: coarse or common tassel fern.

Many Amish people use phones and computers for work, but they draw a distinction between “using” a piece of modern technology (which is generally ok) and “owning” it (generally not ok). So I think an Amish person could wear her girlfriend’s strapon during sex but couldn’t have a strapon of her own.
