Applying for jobs actually gets harder the more experience you have bc instead of making a mad lib cover letter where you just plug in the appropriate nouns and adjectives (I am passionate about _______ and ______) you have to create about 12 different experience modules and write several sentences for each and then pick 3-4 and carefully weave them together for each cover letter.
