I know it’s not what the last bit means, but the wording makes it sound like these scientists ran into this eerie grove full of only hackberry trees and were so disturbed they just decided to never talk about what they saw again
it’s always “why doesn’t the snake just stop eating it’s own tail” “if i was the snake i could stop whenever i wanted” and never how’s your eternal devouring your eternal devouring looks fun is it fun
posting these so i come back in the morning and notice twenty things wrong with them. posting is the most efficient mechanism for this known to humankind
